Cope with a Bad Haircut

Hey everyone! I know some of you been in the losing salon seat of a bad haircut like I experience on one of the salon here. Its because whether your stylist was busy yapping, watching the news, or just plain unqualified to cut, the feeling of shame and disgust you feel when you are on the receiving end of a bad haircut is devastating. Outside of hiding behind your hat or resorting to a constant ponytail there are some tips  that you can cope with a bad haircut until it grows back out or takes new form.

Find a New Stylist

Take the time to research stylists before you leave home. Find a new stylist that can work your bad cut into something attractive that you can live with. Be clear about what you want when you go in and be sure to tell them what you do not like about your current disaster.

Pull it Back

Use hair clips, bobby pins, flowers or whatever you can find. Pull your hair back and make a dramatic and beautiful presentation with your hair. This can help pass the time while it grows out and you can get the style you really want.

Wait for Growth

This is sometimes the only option you have. Be sure while you are waiting you take care of your hair keeping it healthy. Do not overuse flat irons, curling irons or hair dryers that can dry your hair out. Be sure to have the ends trimmed regularly to help promote faster growth; healthy hair grows faster.

Find a New Style

Maybe the cut is bad, but the style does not have to be. Play with your hair at home, or even go to a stylist and have them give you some feasible options you can maintain from home; the cut may not be so bad after all.

Start Over

Cut it down as far as you can. Think bobs and pixie cuts. These short dos may be the ticket to resolving your bad haircut, and you may just fall in love with your new short hair in the process.

Change the Texture

If your hair is wavy, try straightening it, and if it is straight then just curl it up. Changing the texture can give you a new look and maybe even be the ticket to happiness with your new cut.

Hair Color

If the style just isn’t working and you need a reprieve, maybe changing the color will help. Consider changing your color just a few shades lighter or darker to make a difference on the look of your hair.
If a disaster occurs, just remember there ways to cope with a bad haircut. Hair can be one of the most difficult things to change on your body. Even though it will grow back, the time in between a bad cut can seem like a never-ending story. Being frustrated with your hair is not fun. The most important thing is to think decisions through before you dive in to doing anything permanent to your hair. Hope it helps you out
Have you ever gotten a really awful haircut? How did you cope?
ill end with this SNSD pictures, they look so drop dead gorgeous in here and i really love those big curls.. I wish i can dye my hair like that >_<

7 Different Styles of Bangs …

I LOVE bangs. They make me look about 16 years old again (which might be part of the reason I love them!), but I think they suit my face. Of course, some months after getting them, I always get tired of waiting for them to grow out, but whatever. Whether you’re still old-school and call them bangs or whether you refer to them as fringe, they are back and hotter than ever, so check out 7 different styles of bangs and see what might work for you!

1. Side Swept Bangs

This is probably the most popular style for bangs, or fringe, right now. They are very versatile, because they can be long or short. Simply put, you part these just a little, and sweep the heavier bit off to the side. These bangs create a very soft look that goes great with lots of different cuts.

2. Betty Page Bangs

Sometimes known as baby bangs, these bangs, named after the end-all, be-all of pinup girls, are short, sometimes curled, and sometimes left straight. They are cut high up on the forehead, all one length, and look fantastic. However, they go well only with certain hairstyles, and it takes a particular facial shape to carry them off properly. If you have bangs right now and think you might want these, curl yours high and tight to get a sneak peek of how they will look.

3. Straight Bangs

Straight bangs actually tend to be a little rounded. They are longer toward the sides and shorter over your forehead, so they end up kind of cupping your eyebrows. They can be heavy or thin. They are great for making your eyes pop – but also call attention to your eyebrows, so if you’ve had any waxing or plucking mishaps lately, wait a while before trying this style!

4. Choppy Bangs

Choppy bangs are just that – choppy. They aren’t all the same length and variate across your forehead. They are actually a very cute look, especially if you’re into a tousled, bedhead style. They are easy to take care of, but waiting for them to grow out can get a little frustrating.

5. Wispy Bangs

Wispy bangs are dainty, feminine, and awfully pretty. They are very thin, and can often be choppy. Many people choose wispy bangs for a side swept look, and they do work well together. It’s not so bad waiting for these to grow out, because only a fine layer of hair is cut.

6. Parted Bangs

Plain parted bangs can fall under many other styles, but are typically heavier. They are parted to the side or in the middle. I’ll be honest, I don’t particularly like this look on myself, but it looks great on some girls. Again, however, it can be a pain in the butt waiting for them to grow.

7. Blunt Bangs

Blunt bangs are typically all one length. Sometimes they are above the eyebrow and sometimes they fall below it. If you have long, heavy hair, this is an especially great look. They tend to be quite think, and often start pretty far back on the crown.
And there you have it! These are the 7 primary fringe styles. What do you think? Do you have any of them, or think you might want to try one of these styles?
